“Very positive, I have worked with other counsellors in the past and this was by far the best experience I had. Nicole was very good at making me feel comfortable with opening up. She really helped me with slowing down and processing thoughts and feelings. Nicole was amazing at making the conversations flow and asking constructive questions. She allowed for a lot of reflection and had a calming presence. If finances allowed, I would have continued the sessions, I found them very useful and would recommend to anyone going through a tough patch. “She was amazing. I found her so caring and considerate during our sessions, I am absolutely sure she was the right choice for me. My main take away was that my anxiety does not control me, I am capable of overcoming the feelings which overwhelm me and situations which I don't feel I can face. She was always supportive, even if the topic was uncomfortable or challenging for me to speak about. I felt completely comfortable sharing my feelings with no fear of judgement, I knew I would always get an honest and practical response. She asked questions which challenged my thinking around my anxiety and gave me a broader perspective on both me and the world, allowing me to reach stability in my life that I have lacked for years. I knew therapy would be a good choice for me but I didn't know it could change my life like it has. The sessions have made me feel confident to return to therapy in the future if I need to and I would strongly recommend Nicole to anyone who is looking for a therapist, particularly if you are looking for someone who understands the LGBTQ+ community. “Working with Nicole was good she is like talking to a friend which is exactly what I wanted out of therapy. I wanted someone who would challenge me but also speak to me in a friendly non formal manner. I found a lot more reflection after our sessions. Nicole knew and always took an out of the box approach to problems I was dealing with.  I think Nicole is doing a fab job, she is very good and optimistic. Me and Nicole worked together for a short while and I really enjoyed my time with her! After a short break I’m hoping to get back to therapy with Nicole. “
