“Useful and insightful as well as really supportive. I felt like Nicole created a safe space to discuss anything without judgement. As an overthinker, the sessions made me realise that it was ok to feel whatever emotion I was feeling and not necessarily battle it or attach too much thought to it. Also, it helped me work through my personal problems. Nicole provided insightful comments to think about, provide extra reading or tasks when asked for. Nicole was not overwhelming, and it wasn't scary going into sessions. I think I used to struggle with finding the right therapist, but Nicole made me realise that there are people who specialise more in the things you are going through.”

“Very positive, I have worked with other counsellors in the past and this was by far the best experience I had. Nicole was very good at making me feel comfortable with opening up. She really helped me with slowing down and processing thoughts and feelings. Nicole was amazing at making the conversations flow and asking constructive questions. She allowed for a lot of reflection and had a calming presence. If finances allowed, I would have continued the sessions, I found them very useful and would recommend to anyone going through a tough patch.
